We are looking for a management team-member to coordinate and manage our projects daily operation and to grow our business by acting as an Operational Director (in HR) Tasks: - Control HR projects focusing on staffing and labour administration; - Ensure that branch network reaches KPIs defined in contracts with our clients; coordinate, manage and control processes and tasks of the Hungarian branch operation to reach these goals; - Managing operatively, lead, coach and develop your team of Area Operation Managers, branch managers and on-site managers in our matrix organisation to achieve strategic outcomes and business goals, maximize profit targets - Manage operational aspects, promote and maintain customer relations with major accounts; (Essential to know that it is not a sales position) - Manage annual operating budgets for the branch network, and regularly monitor performance to budget parameters, be responsible for the profit and loss accounts together with Sales Director.
